You use DinkLink at your own risk. The app facilitates in-person discovery but does not verify the identity or intentions of other users. Please be respectful and use good judgment.

2. Limited License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. No Guarantees

We strive to offer a helpful, respectful tool, but DinkLink is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, branding, design, and app structure remain the property of the creators of DinkLink.

5. No Harassment or Abuse

Use of the app to harass, impersonate, or endanger others is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from future updates or use.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

For iOS users, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.
